Requirements

  • Advanced student or near graduation in Information Systems Engineering or related fields.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the development of Platforms, Microservices, Web applications, Mobile apps (iOS and Android), and/or technology-driven projects.
  • Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of OOP, Design Patterns, Architectural Patterns, UML, programming standards, and software design practices.
  • Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL).
  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years each) in at least 2 backend languages (Java, .NET, PHP, Python, NodeJS, Ruby, or others).
  • Experience (minimum 2 years each) in at least 2 frontend technologies (Angular, ReactJS, React Native, Kotlin, Xamarin, Swift, Flutter, or others).
  • Previous experience working in agile environments.

Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in technical definition of projects, evaluating architectures, technologies, and possible solutions.
  • Provide realistic technical estimations and collaborate in overall project planning.
  • Develop both frontend and backend solutions, adapting to different languages, frameworks, and tools depending on project needs.
  • Identify technical improvement opportunities and propose scalable and sustainable solutions.
  • Contribute to the formation and growth of development teams through technical expertise.
  • Promote an agile, proactive, and results-oriented work culture.
