Project Manager
We are looking for a Project Manager (PM) to join our team and manage projects across the organization. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring objectives are achieved within the agreed timelines and budgets.
Requirements
- University degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and close projects according to agreed timelines and budgets.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Monitor and report project progress, identifying and managing risks and issues.
- Ensure quality standards and timely delivery of project deliverables.
- Facilitate communication and decision-making among project stakeholders.
- Deliver periodic project status presentations to senior management.
- Implement and promote project management best practices across the organization.
- Record and control project data, generate metrics and reports, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
