UX/UI Designer
We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our team. This is a cross-functional position that will work closely with development teams in the creation of digital products, ensuring functional, accessible, and business-aligned user experiences. The role includes visual design, navigation flow definition, and the application of usability and accessibility principles. The selected candidate will also participate in brainstorming sessions, idea validation processes, and user testing activities to continuously improve proposed solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Advanced student or near graduation in Graphic Design, Systems Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience defining and maintaining Design Systems.
- Proven experience in UX/UI design for digital projects.
- Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Solid understanding of usability and accessibility principles.
- Experience designing responsive and adaptive interfaces.
- Strong competencies in creativity, attention to detail, adaptability to changing requirements, and responsiveness to evolving business needs.
Responsibilities
- Design navigation diagrams to structure user experience flows.
- Create wireframes and mockups to visually represent interfaces.
- Develop interactive prototypes to validate user experiences.
- Define and document style guides and branding standards to ensure visual consistency.
