Integration of the Amdocs platform—considered a World Class solution—with existing applications at Telefónica / Movistar. The project involved point-to-point integrations using OSBv11, OSBv12, BPEL, and batch processes with Spring Batch. Asynchronous interfaces were implemented with error hospitalization mechanisms. The team also performed incident diagnosis in UAT and production environments through log interpretation, along with SCM task automation.
